How we work

You will start with a free initial meeting, lasting around an hour. The purpose of this is so that you can explain your current career situation, and so we can outline our services and answer any questions you may have.

Once you’ve decided what services you want, we will appoint a consultant who will remain with you throughout the process.

We’ll keep in touch with you through a combination of telephone conversations, email, and face-to-face meetings. We’re happy to arrange these for evenings if that’s more convenient, and we’ll even do the occasional weekends.

We’ll keep you fully informed of progress, and gently encourage you to fulfil your actions. You’ll be treated with respect and courtesy at all times throughout the time you’re with us.

Privacy is a big issue for us. We recognise that you will be giving us personal information and you can be sure that we will be extremely careful to look after it. You can have complete confidence that we will never disclose any client details without your express consent.
